JOUER REND HEUREUX
Je m’appelle Djamil. Depuis mes 5 ans, je porte des implants cochléaires et mes mouvements sont différents de la plupart des gens (CP).
J’habite à la campagne dans une ferme. Nous avons beaucoup d’animaux et un jardin potager. Nos deux chiens sont importants pour moi. Ils gardent notre maison, mais je n’aime pas trop aller les promener. Mon poney s’appelle Iris; je fais souvent de l’équitation. Parfois c’est plaisant, parfois pas. J’aime les travaux de jardinage: cet été, il y avait des concombres et des fraises. A présent, j’ai semé du blé car je veux produire de la farine.
Le mieux est de pouvoir jouer! J’apprécie les voitures télécommandées et mon train miniature Brio. Dans ma chambre, j’ai un établi. Je perce des trous avec ma perceuse, j’aime dévisser des appareils électroniques car j’y trouve des aimants et des bobines de cuivre. Avec mes copains, j’aime jouer aux jeux de société comme le Uno, Puissance 4 ou le jeu des pirates.
Je fréquente l’école à Bienne et ça me plaît bien. Mais, j’aime encore plus les vacances!
A la maison, j’ai un vélo „Easy Rider“ à 8 vitesses et un vélo plat doté d’un manche rigide. Ainsi, je peux circuler librement à l’extérieur. A l’école, je me déplace avec le „NF Walker“ ou en fauteuil roulant. A domicile, on me guide.
Je possède deux installations de PC complètes (une à la maison, l’autre à l’école) munies d’un clavier spécial et d’un joystick (en remplacement de la souris conventionnelle). Avec le PC, j’effectue mes devoirs scolaires: dessiner, calculer et écrire. Je vais sur internet pour chercher des jeux intéressants. Je communique avec mes copains par email.
Mon „SmallTalker“, doté d’une stratégie vocabulaire 84, m’accompagne partout. Grâce à lui, je peux communiquer et faire part de mes pensées. Actuellement, je m’exerce à créer des phrases complètes. Ça me réussit de mieux en mieux et j’y prends du plaisir.
Je suis content que la FST existe. Dès l’âge de 3 ans, les synthétiseurs vocaux m’ont accompagné et à partir de 5 ans, j’ai eu droit à mon premier ordinateur adapté. Ces appareils font partie intégrante de ma vie quotidienne et je ne pourrais plus m’en passer. Lorsque le „Talker“ est défectueux, Monsieur Fleury me le répare rapidement. Merci! Rahël m’explique toujours comment utiliser le „Talker“ le mieux possible et Stefan se rend à domicile lorsque l’ordinateur est tombé en panne et m’aide à la résoudre. Merci beaucoup.
